Location: Remote - Central Time Zone

About the role:

Under the guidance of the VP Broker of Sales the Broker Relationship Manager will develop, align, and execute relationships with insurance brokerages, and enable Fairmatic’s success in selling insurance products to their clients, holding the responsibility for the US.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and manage a business plan and a quote pipeline to drive profitable premiums.

  • Reach set goals and targets- territory financial results.

  • Oversee KPIs of team members, leading by example with exceptional results.

  • Develop, maintain and foster broker relationships and partnerships.

  • Evaluate broker performance and initiate actions to capitalize on production.

  • Accountable for training, annual planning, broker reviews, communications, new business assessment and managing accounts. 

  • Work cross functionally and develop internal working relationships.

  • Bring marketplace knowledge on pricing, industry, demographic trends and service offerings, to the table.

  • Master working knowledge of all company operations

  • Support, train, develop and grow your team.


What we need from you:

  • 3-5 Years’ experience managing insurance company relationships with brokers
  • Knowledge on- commercial lines insurance, production management, underwriting, claims, and broker business operations
  • Analytical and computer skills
  • Change is your friend
