About the role:

The Operations Analyst will work directly with the Head of Claims Strategy and wider claims team to ensure that Fairmatic delivers a fast, fair and transparent Claims service. Claims operations are vital to ensuring the success of Fairmatic as we seek to develop processes and technological solutions that put the customer at the heart of our service. As an Operations Analyst you will need to work closely with our internal and external partners to help in the running and development of our operational processes and technologies, support our Claims strategy and delight our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Work directly with customers and brokers to ensure that Fairmatic delivers a best in class customer experience
  • Contribute to the design, development and implementation of claims products and technologies
  • Complete qualitative and quantitative data analysis against claims key performance indicators to deliver insights for a variety of stakeholders
  • Own research projects and develop a deep understanding of claims trends and industry developments to help guide claims’ strategic decisions
  • Own the day to day management of our claims telematics capabilities
  • Support the design and improvement of our end-to-end claims operations and processes
  • Take an active role on team projects to help drive the claims organization forward
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver innovative solutions and ensure operational alignment

What we need from you:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years relevant experience
